In recent weeks Right On Brands (symbol OTC: RTON) has signed three separate exclusive distribution agreements, and is in negotiation with several other well-respected companies.
Beginning in January the company entered into a contract
with leading Midwest food distributor, Lipari Foods of Michigan.
In March, contracts were signed with Double Eagle Distribution, Inc.,
the Budweiser distributor in South Florida. This month they signed an exclusive distribution deal with Worldwide Beverage Group in Kansas for their
CBD based ENDO Brands products.
These well-established distributors join the growing family
of nationwide distributors now offering Right On Brands’ products. All
locations have received initial inventory and the company is
currently receiving re-orders.
Based solely on these contracts the company
will achieve revenues in the coming quarters, that when applied to minimum
comparable P/E ratios, could support a .50 share price, compared with its
grossly undervalued current price, below a nickel.
The company is examining two factors when selecting
distributors: First, that the distributors they choose be well established in
their respective areas, and; That Right On Brands can meet demand for
re-orders. To this end, the company has plans to expand to meet the nation’s
new found thirst for CBD beverages.
